Licensing Forms and Information   The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) regulates and licenses 127 occupations and professional licensing categories. Supported by DCRA administrative staff, 18 boards regulate the practices of individual professions. The boards are responsible for reviewing applications, administering examinations, and responding to certification requests by other jurisdictions.   Promissor, Inc. is responsible for issuing new licenses and processing renewals on behalf of DCRA.   Select the links below to get forms for each profession. These links will take you away from dcra.dc.gov to Promissor's website.
